Heart of Wales Bikes are delighted to offer a range of handbuilt wheels. The owner is accredited by Cytech as a wheel builder and has built wheels for himself and many satisfied customers.
The wheels to purchase are built to order, therefore please allow 28 days for delivery. We will do our utmost to advise you if we think they will take longer.
